Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel – Physical Products

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without needing to give a reason.

The 14-day cancellation window begins on the day you, or someone on your behalf (excluding the courier), receives the final item in your order.

How to Cancel Your Order

You may use our cancellation form (below), but it’s not required.
Your cancellation will be valid if you notify us before the 14-day period ends.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (not including any extra costs from upgraded shipping methods), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may wait to issue your refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you’ve sent them back — whichever comes first.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any loss in value if the product was used beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition and functionality.

3. Exclusions to Your Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel does not apply to:

• Unsealed audio or video recordings or computer software
• Perishable goods or items with health/hygiene seals once unsealed (e.g. cosmetics, underwear)
• Newspapers, magazines or periodicals (unless ordered via phone)
• Custom or personalised goods made to your specifications
