How do I return an item?

Enter your details to generate a prepaid label, print and attach it to your parcel, then drop it off at your nearest post office.
Please make sure to include your order confirmation inside the package.
I have a complaint. What now?
Mistakes happen. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@ballerleague.uk . We’ll sort it quickly.
Can I exchange an item?
No, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.
How do I get my money back?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
What if my parcel couldn’t be delivered?
If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll issue a refund once the goods are checked.
We do not offer automatic re-delivery.
I returned an item but haven’t received a refund.
If it’s been more than 10 working days since your return was received, please email our customer service team at customerservice@ballerleague.uk with your tracking number and order ID.
How do international returns work?
Customers outside the UK must cover their own return costs. Ensure your return is fully paid for and properly labelled — we cannot accept unpaid or underpaid returns.
Processing time can take up to 20 days after receipt.
Can I return an item bought at an event or in person?
No. Items purchased at events, concerts or in-person pop-ups are non-returnable.

How long does delivery take?
We ship with Royal Mail. Delivery times may be impacted during busy periods.
Where’s my parcel?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Use it to monitor your parcel’s journey online. If tracking hasn’t updated in several days, contact customer service.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped once all items are in stock.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once that item becomes available. We don’t currently offer partial delivery.
What shipping methods are available?
Standard shipping with ROYAL MAIL TRACKED is available.
Express shipping is currently not available.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe and PayPal to securely process all payments.
We never store your card or bank details on our servers.
How does Klarna Invoice work?
Choose Klarna at checkout. You’ll receive an invoice by email and have 30 days from the order date to pay.
How does PayPal work?
You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete payment. If you return your order, the refund will be processed back to your PayPal account.
What are promotional vouchers?
Vouchers issued during promotions may have minimum spend or expiry conditions. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Unused value from a voucher is forfeited and not refundable.
Where do I enter my voucher code?
At checkout, enter your code in the “Discount code” field.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro, depending on availability through Stripe.
When is my card charged?
Your card will be charged immediately upon order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, you’ll be refunded automatically.
Shopping Online
I added an item to my basket but couldn’t check out. Why?
Stock is only reserved once checkout is completed. If multiple people add the same item at the same time, it may sell out before you finish your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only unpaid orders can be changed or cancelled.
If you paid immediately (e.g. via PayPal or card), your order is processed straight away and cannot be amended.
How do I place an order?
Shop online by adding products to your basket and proceeding through checkout.
We don’t accept orders by phone, email, or social media.
What if my order contains a pre-order item?
Your full order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
We do not offer partial delivery — consider placing separate orders if needed sooner.
