All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, offering reliable delivery within 2 working days once dispatched.

We offer flat-rate shipping of £4.99 on all UK orders.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Please note:
We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders placed from outside the UK will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched as soon as all items are in stock.

• Items marked “Available for immediate delivery” are typically dispatched within 24 hours.
• If any item is out of stock, we will hold the order for up to 4 weeks to await restock.
• After 4 weeks, all available items will be shipped. Unavailable items will need to be re-ordered separately.

Shipping Damage

• Please inspect your package upon delivery.
• Do not accept damaged or pre-opened packages.
• If accepted, it may be assumed the package arrived in good condition.
